So I deposited 400NOK with a 250% deposit bonus as my first deposit on the website. So in total I started with 400NOK real balance and 1000NOK bonus balance. When I had lost my real balance and was on my bonus balance I had done about 20% of the wager requirement and had 4600NOK in the balance when suddenly all my balance was gone.When I opened the live chat the guy I was talking to couldn’t find this problem and it took about 10-15 minutes until I suddenly got back 1000NOK in bonus balance and I had lost my wagering process.Also I might add this was one of the laggiest casinos I have ever played at.
