This casino had absolutely the worst customer service representative. I’ve had a monster for a phone representative. Their name was Simon. He asked for items I clearly explained I was having issues with, he is obviously slow… I understand why the company feels the need to hire folks who were in special Olympics… it just make the communication tough on clients

Nice to see a reliable crypto bookie for once. Obviously, after some time, they gonna limit you on some markets, but that's fair for a soft bookie. Withdrawals were always quick in BTC. They requested a video verification once, but it was really simple and it got quickly approved.
